The egg tagliolini with truffle combine two gastronomic delights of the Piedmont Langhe hills: tagliolini (tajarin) and truffle.

To make our egg pasta with truffle, we add real summer truffle to the dough of Italian durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs.  It is exclusively bronze die cut and dried at low temperatures, using solar power.  Nests are then packaged by hand, one by one.

The best way to taste them is with only a little bit of butter, that allows to fully enjoy their aroma.

Cooking tips

Cook egg pasta for about 5 to 6 minutes in a pot almost full of salted boiling water.  Stir from time to time.  Strain when ready and dress as you like.
