The egg tagliolino, Tajarin in Piedmont dialect, is the typical pasta of our beloved Langhe hills.

Our egg pasta is made with premium quality fresh eggs and Italian durum wheat semolina.  It is exclusively bronze die cut and dried at low temperatures, using solar power.  Nests are then packaged by hand, one by one.

In order to fully appreciate the taste of our Tagliolini di Carrù, the best way is to dress them with only a little bit of quality butter and to enjoy them with a glass of a good mild red wine.

Product Description

Cooking tips

Cook egg pasta for about 5 to 6 minutes in a pot almost full of salted boiling water.  Stir from time to time.  Strain when ready and dress as you like.
