A classic belonging to the Italian gastronomic tradition. Tagliatella Paglia e Fieno combines egg tagliatelle (straw – paglia) and egg tagliatelle with spinach (hay – fieno).

Our egg pasta is made with premium quality fresh eggs and Italian durum wheat semolina, it is exclusively bronze die cut and dried at low temperatures, using solar power. Nests are then packaged by hand, one by one.

Le Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno are great with only some butter melted with sage or with some tomato sauce, in order to have a beautiful dish carrying the flag of our beautiful Italy.

Cooking Tips

Cook egg pasta for about 5 to 6 minutes in a pot almost full of salted boiling water. Stir from time to time. Strain when ready and dress as you like.
