Whole wheat egg tagliatelle are made with 50% of whole durum wheat semolina. 

Our egg pasta made with premium quality fresh eggs and Italian durum wheat semolina, it is exclusively bronze die cut and dried at low temperatures, using solar power.  Nests are then packaged by hand, one by one. 

Whole wheat tagliatelle are richer in fibers and lower in calories. They prefer fresh dressing, such as a little bit of extra virgin olive oil or vegetable sauces

Cooking tips

Cook egg pasta for about 5 to 6 minutes in a pot almost full of salted boiling water.  Stir from time to time.  Strain when ready and dress as you like.
