The egg pappardelle were born to be dressed with rich sauces, such as game ragouts.

Our egg pasta is made with premium quality fresh eggs and Italian durum wheat semolina.  It is exclusively bronze die cut and dried at low temperatures, using solar power.  Nests are then packaged by hand, one by one.

The larger width of Pappardelle allows their taste to stand out, even when they are combined with strong flavors.

Product Description

Cooking tips

Cook egg pasta for about 5 to 6 minutes in a pot almost full of salted boiling water.  Stir from time to time.  Strain when ready and dress as you like.
