La Casereccia, a format called in many different ways depending on the region of origin, is typical of southern Italy.

Perfect, with its shape, to collect red tomato-based sauces.

Our short pasta BIO is produced with 100% Italian organic durum wheat semolina of first choice and water from the Piedmontese valleys, it is exclusively extruded through bronze and dried at low temperature using solar energy.

Even the packaging is attentive to the environment! After lengthy research we have chosen to use recycled paper coming from food waste, in this case, the citrus fruit waste.

Cooking tips

Cook egg pasta for about 7 minutes in a pot almost full of salted boiling water.  Stir from time to time.  Strain when ready and dress as you like.
